Under 18 (Cascades Job Corp Center, USA)  - Forums-Share your experience / Unfair rules? I was under 18 when I went to JC and I felt that it was unfair that I couldn't leave center without my parents authorization. At that time it was unfair, but now I think it was a decent rule to follow. Susan
